Hot Dipped Galvanised Pipe (HDG)

Yes, the galvanised pipes and tubes manufactured by Doogood Australia are produced in line with international and Australian Standards AS/NZS 1074:1089,and AS/NZS 1163:2009. In compliance with AS/NZS 4792:2006 (Galvanising standard) our hot-dip galvanised coating is applied to both the interior and external surface with a minimum coating weight of 300g/m2.

Doogood hot dipped galvanised (HDG) pipes are available in nominal bores of 15mm to 150mm, with thicknesses from 1.90mm to 6.00mm. We stock industry standard lengths from 2.4 metres – 7.20 metres and can fabricate non-standard lengths up to 12m or provide cut pipe to custom lengths in short lead times. The standard end finish is plain end, however, we also offer swaged end, roll grooved, shouldered and threaded end treatments on one or both ends. Other services we provide are close tolerance cutting, internal seam removal and crimp and barb.
